I have had a great family filled few days :) Saturday was back on the hunt for a new bathroom (have I filled you in on this)?? Well anyway i've chosen a snazzy sink and amazing tiling so i'm out on decision-making from now on... nothing else matters!!
Easter sunday was just how it was meant to be. I woke up beside my lovely boyfriend and we went out to feed the cattle, then we came back and ate breakfast, small as to allow room for a mammoth lunch. We had the following: Turkey, stuffing, mini sausages, carrots, broccoli, mange-tout, roast potatoes, roast parsnips, gravy, lemon meringue pudding, cream and ice-cream!! Oh and lots of chocolate!
Once it had all gone down the hatch we played a family game of monopoly, which lasted 3 and a half hours. It could have lasted longer but Jack and I had to leave for our second roast of the day (I wish I was joking)!!
We finished the evening by watching It's Complicated, which, although it was clearly designed for the 50 something, we both greatly enjoyed.
Today it's back to normality, and an early start on the dissertation before a dentist appointment. How grim. Oh well you can't win them all!
